Great food and service. Reasonably priced. Chips and salsa has some extra flavoring, bowl was as good as can be with a lot of options. Been in town many times and never been here. Highly suggested if looking for Mexican in this area. Will come back
Great place to wind down for the day. Best Burritos/Bowl in town. Outdoor seating available.
It does not surprise me that this place has 730 5 star reviews. The customer service is phenomenal, food is amazing, and margaritas are the best! Hanskville has definitely surprised us with this gem!
Decided to check this place out because I wanted something a bit healthier in meals.I purchased the burrito and bowl. For the bowl I had decided on chicken, pinto beans, Monterrey cheese, mild salsa, lettuce, jalapeños and it comes w rice. The burrito has the same but with black beans.Well, I couldn’t resist taking a bite out of the burrito. Wow…I it was delicious. Coming from Texas, I’m pretty picky about salsas and stuff, but both items were delicious. The ladies were nice and when checking out, the lady even said my name which gave the service a more personal touch.Would definitely return.
I would give it more than five stars if I could. All fresh ingredients including the stake (not frozen). Very tender and tasty. The sauces are delicious. I took the stake taco with avocado/ sour cream and chipotle drizzle all together. My husband took the chicken and says it is very tasty.Chips and salsa is also really good. Very nice people. Highly recommend.
Thank you Kathy! This was really the best Burrito we had - I am still looking forward our next visit.Whoever is in Hanksville should try these home-fresh-made food.So friendly service and helping with the menu and so nice ideas making a well known Dish even better.
Whether you want a delicious burrito to take on your adventure, or you’re looking to relax in the shade with some margaritas while looking out at the mountains, Outlaw’s Roost is the place to go. They have excellent gluten free and healthy options on the menu, and the portions are generous enough to satisfy any hiker. A clean and spacious dining room and porch, and the wonderful owners and staff make the entire experience great. I plan to stop by whenever I’m in the area.
Tasty place to stop and get some eats! We had the build your own burritos as they were out of tacos. We had a decent sized group and the food came out quickly. The chips and salsa was tasty too. They sell T-shirts, and have some cool maps of the area on the walls. The front stairs are steep, alternately you can use the side but there is a steep slope if you park out front.
